Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Timeframes

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.


2. Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

In their original packaging and undamaged (unless received damaged).

Unused, unopened, and in resaleable condition.

Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Contact us before sending any item back. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

Notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging.

We will cover the return shipping cost and issue a replacement or refund.


4. Refunds

Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

You may choose:

Refund to your original payment method, or store credit for a future purchase.

Processing usually takes 1–5 business days, depending on your bank.


5. Return Shipping

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect: We cover the cost.

For change-of-mind returns: Customer pays return shipping.

Free-shipping orders remain subject to return shipping costs.

6. Items That Cannot Be Returned

For health, safety, or legal reasons, the following cannot be returned (unless defective or not as described):

Opened supplements, medicines and perishables.

Personal care and hygiene products.

Sale and clearance items.
